Ziggy Artistry is a beautiful boutique salon in New City, NY.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has experience to
support our team and day-to-day operations. We’ve been in business for over 10 years and
have a great reputation and a fantastic team.
You will be in charge of guest communications in person and virtually. You will pre-
book guest appointments while they’re in the salon, educate and sell retail, increase
utilization, support our service providers, and train any new hires on the desk. You’ll increase
our average spend on services and retail and lead our team to do the same.
You’ll lead email communication and campaigns, send out thank you cards, and set
up email and texting automation that you create to increase our existing and new guest retention. You’ll observe our guest experience to see what can be improved to attract and maintain clients. If this excites you, we cant wait to hear from you!
