What We’re Looking For:
A motivated, team-oriented individual
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
NYS Cosmetology License (or currently enrolled in beauty school)
A love for learning and a passion for providing an amazing client experience
What the Job Entails:
As a Salon Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our stylists and ensuring a smooth, elevated experience for every guest. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position perfect for someone passionate about hair and eager to grow in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for
Shampooing, conditioning, and prepping clients for services
Assisting stylists with color applications, treatments, and blowouts
Keeping the salon clean and organized (laundry, sweeping, sanitizing, restocking, etc.)
Booking and confirming appointments
Supporting the front desk as needed
Learning salon techniques and participating in ongoing education
