Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, a warm and professional demeanor, and experience in providing facials and recommending skincare products. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service, educate clients on their skincare needs, and play a vital role in achieving their beauty goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of facial treatments, tailoring services to individual client skin types and needs.
• Recommend and sell skincare products to clients, educating them on the benefits and proper use of each product.
• Assess clients’ skincare concerns and offer guidance on treatment and at-home care to support ongoing results.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Keep accurate and detailed client records, including skin assessments, treatments provided, and products recommended.
• Stay up-to-date on skincare trends, product knowledge, and treatment techniques.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician in New York.
• Motivated and strong work ethic with the intention of building/maintaining their own clientele.
• Must be willing to promote services on Instagram & Tiktok.
  Strong knowledge of skincare products and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain high standards of professionalism and cleanliness.
• Sales experience in skincare products is a plus.
• Having a strong client base is a plus.
