Our Interview Process:
1. Demo Day – Wash, roller set, layered cut, silk press.
2. Placement – Start as a Starting Stylist or Junior Stylist.
3. Training – 2-4 weeks of hands-on education: technique, client care, professionalism.
Must Have:
- U.S. cosmetology license
- Ability to work with all hair types
- Great energy + willingness to learn
