Salon Assistant

Job Overview:

Part Time/ Full Time

As a Salon Assistant at Ziggy Artistry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the salon. You will support our stylists, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that our clients have a memorable, high-end experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty, fashion, and outstanding customer service, while maintaining the luxury and upscale standards that define our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:
Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
Ensure clients feel comfortable and attended to during their visit.
Assist clients by checking in, taking their coats, offer beverages
Support Stylists and Technicians:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring tools and products are stocked and sanitized.
Provide assistance with shampooing, conditioning,  hair treatments, blowouts, and styling as needed, under the guidance of the stylist.
Clean and sterilize equipment, tools, and supplies.
Salon Organization:
Monitor and restock salon supplies, including towels, hair products, and cleaning materials.
Ensure the salon’s ambiance remains inviting, tidy, and up to standard.
Ensure that the entire salon is neat and inviting.
Customer Service:
Address client inquiries regarding services, products, or scheduling.
Handle appointment bookings and rescheduling, including confirming appointments.
Provide courteous assistance to clients on the phone or via email.
Resolve any minor client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
